There’s been a LOT going on in the kitchen since The Wine Country Trattoria restaurant in Disney’s California Adventure went down for rehab the beginning of January.  Recently, I had the privilege to shoot some footage of the chefs in action for a couple of executive tastings of the location’s new menu, and let me say, these people ROCKED IT!!!!

The food was a huge hit (stop by again to see some of the first shots of the new menu items after the grand opening on June 10th!) and I cannot wait for business to resume in a couple weeks.  It was an honor to be able to photograph this exciting event.  Thank you to everyone that made this day possible!
